What are the terms of Returning/Exchamging a Product?

Customers can return their product within 10 days from delivery of the order.

Step 1: Go to “My Account”

Step 2: Click on request RETURN button

Step 3: A representative from our registered courier partner DTDC will come and take back the item.

Please co-ordinate with him/her

Step 4: It has 2 scenarios,

If there is an Exchange, We will ship the new product once we receive the old product subjected to quality checks.

If there is a Return, The returned product will go through quality Checks before we process your re-fund.

NOTE: Gift cards/vouchers from are non-refundable.

What if I'm not available when the pickup is being attempted?

Our courier partner will attempt the pickup 3 times. You can let him know a convenient time to pick the product from your location.

How do I cancel my order?

Orders that have not been shipped can be cancelled by logging into your account at Under the My Account’s Page, and then clicking ‘Cancel Order’.

If you want to edit the order, we will not be able to change anything once shipped.
